UNEEQ uses generative AI to power certain features, including virtual try-on and style recommendations. Here is how your data is handled in these contexts:

• Virtual Try-On: Photos you submit for try-on are processed to generate AI imagery. These images are used only to produce your try-on result and are not stored permanently or shared with third parties. • Style Tips: AI recommendations are generated based on your stated preferences, interaction history, and contextual data (such as weather). No personally identifiable data is shared with third-party AI providers in a way that identifies you. • We do not use your content to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

SERVICE PROVIDERS We work with trusted third-party providers to operate the Platform: • Supabase — database, authentication, and real-time features • Cloudflare R2 — media storage and delivery • Cloudflare Workers — API proxy and edge computing These providers process data only as instructed by us and are bound by confidentiality obligations. OTHER USERS Content you post publicly (reels, photos, captions) is visible to other UNEEQ users. Your username, profile picture, and follower counts are public by default. You control post visibility in your settings. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of UNEEQ, our users, or the public. BUSINESS TRANSFERS If UNEEQ is acquired or merges with another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before such a transfer occurs.
