By accessing or using UNEEQ (the "Platform"), including our mobile applications, website, and all related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UNEEQ. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must meet all of the following requirements to use UNEEQ:

• Be at least 13 years of age • If between 13 and 17, have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • Not be barred from using the service under applicable law • Not have a previously terminated UNEEQ account (unless we have given explicit written permission) By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.

When you create an account on UNEEQ, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Be fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account You may not share your account credentials with others. UNEEQ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

"User Content" means any photos, videos, text, captions, comments, and other content that you post, upload, or otherwise submit to the Platform.

OWNERSHIP You retain full ownership of the User Content you create. We do not claim ownership of your content. LICENCE TO UNEEQ By posting User Content, you grant UNEEQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. This licence ends when you delete your content or close your account, except where your content has been shared by others. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You represent that: • You own or have the right to share all User Content you post • Your content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights • Your content complies with these Terms and applicable law

You agree not to engage in any of the following on UNEEQ:

HARMFUL CONTENT • Post illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or fraudulent content • Share content that promotes violence, self-harm, or eating disorders • Post content that sexualises minors in any way • Spread misinformation or deliberately misleading content HARASSMENT & ABUSE • Harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate other users • Post content intended to shame or humiliate individuals • Use hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability PLATFORM MISUSE • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access UNEEQ data • Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the Platform • Interfere with the Platform's security, performance, or availability • Create fake accounts or impersonate any person or entity • Use bots or automated means to inflate engagement metrics • Spam, send unsolicited messages, or distribute malware COMMERCIAL MISUSE • Sell or transfer your account without permission • Use the Platform to advertise competing services without authorisation • Engage in any unauthorised commercial activity

Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account at our discretion.

UNEEQ offers a Creator Programme that allows eligible users to earn commissions when their content directly drives qualifying purchases.

ELIGIBILITY • Must have a verified UNEEQ account in good standing • Subject to additional eligibility criteria as detailed in the Creator Agreement COMMISSIONS • Commission rates are set by UNEEQ and may vary by product category and brand • Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through your shared links • Returns, refunds, and fraudulent purchases may result in commission clawback • UNEEQ reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' written notice PAYMENT • Payment terms and minimum thresholds are specified in the Creator Agreement • Creators are responsible for any taxes applicable to their earnings • UNEEQ may withhold payment if fraudulent activity is suspected

All content on the Platform that is not User Content — including but not limited to the UNEEQ logo, brand name, design, code, graphics, and written materials — is owned by or licenced to UNEEQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not: • Use the UNEEQ name, logo, or branding without written permission • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary content • Create derivative works based on our Platform or content • Use our trademarks in any way that may cause confusion If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us at above4standarddeviations@gmail.com with the subject 'IP Infringement Notice'.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services (including brand product pages). These links are provided for convenience only. UNEEQ does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

UNEEQ's AI-powered features, including virtual try-on, are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Results are AI-generated and may not perfectly represent how garments will look or fit in person. UNEEQ makes no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated output and is not liable for purchasing decisions made based on try-on results.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNEEQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities • Damage to your device or data resulting from use of the Platform • Content posted by other users • Interruptions or errors in the Platform Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) $50 USD or (b) amounts you paid to UNEEQ in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UNEEQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

BY YOU You may close your account at any time via the Manage Data page in Settings. Upon closure, your public content will be removed and your account will be deactivated. BY UNEEQ We may suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if you: • Violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity • Pose a risk to other users or the Platform Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ends immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We encourage you to contact us first at above4standarddeviations@gmail.com to resolve any dispute informally. If we cannot reach a resolution within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of creating your account by emailing us.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
