Data Sent to Gemini API:
- Your uploaded body photo (if you choose the personalized try-on feature)

5.2 Supabase Database
We use Supabase to securely store:

- Content metadata
- User preferences and interactions
- App analytics data
Supabase acts as our database provider and processes data on our behalf under strict data protection agreements.
5.3 Oracle Cloud Storage
We use Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to store:
- User-uploaded body photos (if provided)
- Profile pictures (if provided)
- Uploaded clothing content
All images are encrypted both in transit and at rest. Oracle acts as our cloud storage provider and complies with industry-standard security practices.
6. Your Body Photo: Special Privacy Protections
Your full-body photo used for the AI try-on feature receives enhanced privacy protection:
How We Handle Your Body Photo
- Voluntary Upload: Uploading a body photo is entirely optional. You can choose mannequin/model try-ons instead.
- Single Photo Policy: We only store one body photo per user at a time.
- Automatic Deletion: If you upload a new body photo or select mannequin/model option, your previous photo is permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
- Secure Storage: Your body photo is stored on Oracle Cloud with encryption and access restricted to essential processing systems only.
- Limited Use: We use your body photo ONLY to generate virtual try-on images for you. We never use it for advertising, marketing, facial recognition, or any other purpose.
- No Sharing: Your body photo is never shared with other users, advertisers, or third parties (except for necessary AI processing through Gemini API).
- Account Deletion: When you delete your account, your body photo is permanently deleted within 7 days.
Your Control
You can:
- Delete your body photo at any time through the App settings
- Switch to mannequin/model try-ons without providing a personal photo

7. How We Share Your Information
7.1 We DO NOT Sell Your Data
Important: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary gain or any other consideration.
7.2 Public Content
Content you post to UNEEQ (clothing photos, product links, captions) is publicly visible to other users of the App. Your profile picture and name are also visible to other users.
7.3 Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the App:
- Google (Gemini API): For AI-powered image generation and tagging
- Supabase: For database management
- Oracle: For cloud storage of images
These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us and must protect your data according to this Privacy Policy.
7.4 Affiliate Links
When you include affiliate links in your posts, and other users click those links and make purchases, the affiliate commissions go directly to you. We are not involved in these transactions and do not receive or process payment information.

- Deleted Account: All personal information permanently deleted within 30 days after account closure
Content You Post
When you post clothing content to UNEEQ, that content remains visible to other users until you delete it. Even after deletion, cached or backup copies may persist for a limited time.

Affiliate Commissions
If a user includes an affiliate link in their post, they may earn commissions from purchases made through that link. UNEEQ does not participate in, process, or receive any portion of these affiliate earnings.

User-Generated Content
You are responsible for the content you post. Do not post content that violates others' privacy, intellectual property rights, or our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.
Analytics and Improvement
We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the App experience. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
